Dulles is the long one. From Chester it is the far side of Washington, and on a weekday afternoon the last twenty miles can take as long as the first sixty. Anyone who has tried to make an international departure out of IAD from the Eastern Shore already knows this.
Which is why this run gets booked the night before rather than the morning of. Give us the flight number and we set the departure against your actual check-in time and the traffic on the day, not against a guess made a week earlier.
Tolls are billed at cost. Gratuity is customary but never added automatically.
For an international departure we will usually suggest leaving earlier than the airline minimum, because the cost of being an hour early at Dulles is a coffee, and the cost of being twenty minutes late is the trip.
