Metered rides suit a trip from A to B. A wedding is a couple booked for photographs at one place, a ceremony at another, and parents who need collecting from a hotel in between. Booking by the hour means the car waits with you instead of leaving and coming back, and nobody is watching a clock during the part they will remember.
The venues on this side of the bridge are spread out, which is the other reason. Between Kent Island, Queenstown, Easton and the waterfront places around Annapolis, a wedding party can easily cover forty miles before the reception starts.
We do not run a coach or a party bus, so a forty-person guest shuttle is not us. If that is what you need we will say so early and point you at somebody who does it properly, rather than take the booking and hope.
Two to four weeks is ideal to guarantee the vehicle for your date. Peak Saturdays through the spring and autumn go earlier than that, so ask as soon as you have the venue.
Two hours on hourly service. Most wedding bookings run longer than that anyway once the photographs and the exit are counted in.
In sedan or SUV loads, yes. For a full guest coach we are not the right operator and we will tell you that straight away.
We will keep it clean and out of the way of your photographer. Ribbons and anything attached to the vehicle are worth discussing when you book.
